ARTICLE III
OFFICE AND BOOKS
| 1. | Principal Office. The office of the Association shall be located in Little Rock, Arkansas, or such other location as the Board of Directors may from time to time establish. |
| 2. | Books and Records. These shall be kept at the office of the Association with correct books of account of activities and transactions of the association. |
