ARTICLE XII
AMENDMENTS
These bylaws may be amended or repealed at any annual meeting by a quorum vote of the members of the association, by the affirmative vote of a two-third's majority of eligible voting members as in accordance with all the provisions of an Annual Meeting provided herein; provided that the proposed amendment or repeal is generally described in the notice of such meeting.
