AWARDS
| 1. | Nature of Awards. The board of directors of the association may from time to time establish awards to acknowledge the contributions of individuals or institutions to the achievement of the mission and goals of the association by granting such award(s). For any such award, the board shall appoint a committee chair, composed of not fewer than three members, which shall recommend the name or names of prospective award recipients to the executive committee. The executive committee shall determine, by majority vote, whether and to whom an award shall be presented. |
